Delivery costs are estimated on the size and weight of your order and therefore vary for different items. However; all delivery costs are clearly presented at checkout.
Processing time for deliveries is 2 working days then the following guidelines apply:
o United Kingdom: First Class (5-7 working days)
o USA/Australia: International Standard (2-12 weeks)
o Europe: International Standard (1-3 weeks)
o Rest of the world: (2-12 weeks)
Should an item be undeliverable or is not collected from a local postal depot, the buyer will be responsible for re-delivery costs.

Returns & Refunds
You may return the item in its original condition and packaging and receive a refund; however, we will not cover return postage.
If the item is faulty then we offer exchanges, for the same item or item similar, or returns whereby we cover return postage (Signed For 2nd Class of its original category e.g. large letter, small parcel).
